Blocks: Low, Mid, High?
Hi Everyone
Thanks for the responses from the last issues. Really appreciate the feedback and the community feel. First up on this week’s top ten is the FA’s release of a video on the mid-block. Do you know about blocks and presses, how to implement them, when to use them? Well the FA is going to take you through the mid-block. I’ll see if they have any further videos on the low and high blocks just to balance things out. What do you use and why do you use it?
