We start with Philip O’Callaghan’s thread on scaling. This takes you through what is it, and what you can scale. Although his examples are tennis it’s easily transferable to football. Scaling is just bringing the activity to the individual’s level. What are the ways you can apply this to your sessions?

An article from David Garcia on progressions in a training session.
