Such an interesting video later around the question of hard work or desire to compete. What would you prefer from your players, those who work hard, or those who have a burning desire to compete? To me, the best players work hard because they have a burning desire to compete. If you could only have one which would you choose?

Research from Harvard business review on information retention. Its shows that 75% of information you learn is lost after 6 days unless you apply it. this has implication for your learning, especially with virtual coaching qualifications becoming the norm and also for your players when your giving them instructions. Are you giving them an opportunity to apply what they have learn't in the session and then transfer that to game day?
