A mindset for players returning from injury but could just as easily be adjusted for coaches or coaching younger player complex ideas. Our language and communication has a big impact on players.
Nice article from performance psychology blog. Look at sir Alex Ferguson’s leadership traits. Do you hold any of these. Can you develop them for your team?
