An article that is linked by the Coaching the Coaches team. I love the quote below because how much room do we make in our sessions for our players to make mistakes? This time an article from the mindroom blog. They reviewed how Wycome Wanderers created the biggest psychology program in Europe with some interesting findings and outcomes. Including how the majority of positive feedback goes to the most talented and the most negative goes to the least talented. Also at the time, Wycombe provided access to psychologists at all levels including the academy. just show the importance of the mind and looking after it.
